Our Acro Dance classes combine the athleticism of acrobatics with the artistry of dance. Designed for students of all skill levels, these classes focus on building strength, flexibility, and coordination while learning dynamic acrobatic tricks like cartwheels, handstands, backbends, and aerials. Acro Dance encourages students to develop both their dance technique and acrobatic skills in a safe, supportive environment. In addition to acrobatic elements, students will learn how to seamlessly integrate their tricks into dance routines, enhancing their overall performance ability. These classes promote confidence, discipline, and teamwork, while also fostering creativity and expression through movement. Whether performing floor work or lifting their bodies to new heights, students will have fun while gaining important physical skills and pushing their limits in a positive and nurturing atmosphere.
